Shipping Policy

At OffRoadUS, we partner with the industry’s leading freight carriers and distributors to ensure your off-road parts reach you safely and as quickly as possible. 

* Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If an item is on backorder from the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date.
* Shipping Times: Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. 
* Tracking Information: As soon as your order ships, a tracking number (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will be automatically emailed to you.
* Freight Delivery: Oversized items such as complete lift kits, suspension systems, bumpers, or heavy wheel/tire packages may ship via LTL Freight. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout for the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your build. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

* 30-Day Return Window: You can return brand new, uninstalled, and unaltered items in their original factory packaging within 30 days of delivery.
* Fitment Responsibility: Please verify vehicle fitment before purchasing. Installed parts or items showing signs of mounting/testing cannot be returned.
* Damaged Shipments: Inspect your packages immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
